YOUTH SPORTS
PROGRAMS OFFERED:
Mighty
Mite Indoor Soccer for ages 4-5
Learn fundamentals of soccer
and play games.
Tuesdays, 6:00-6:50pm
Located at OUZ/Littick Hall gymnasium
Cost: $25 for
members and $40 for other
7 week program, begins Tuesday, February 23
Sports of all
Sorts for ages 6-7
Each week a different sport is
offered. Sports offered include; basketball,
baseball, volleyball, floor hockey, soccer, football and fitness games.
Wednesdays, 6:00-6:50pm
Located at Coburn United Methodist Church
Cost: $25 for
members, $30 for Coburn members and $40 for other
7 week program, begins Wednesday, February 24
Instructional
Baseball for ages 8-11

Gra-Y Volleyball Leagues for grades 4-8

Martial Arts for
ages 4 and up
Participants will learn basic
fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do.

Students will participate in
group exercise programs such as Yoga, Pilates, Step Aerobics and more.
Also, introduction to the weight room and fitness center, fitness games

Resist a Ball
is a low impact muscle strengthening body challenge.
This class is perfect for all body types and skill levels.
Challenge your body, retrain weaker muscles and build a healthier and
more balanced body.

is a combination of using cardio machines along with weights.

basic fundamentals of strength training.
Build strength and endurance along with learning different exercises and

Yoga is
designed to center the self, stretch and strengthen the body and calm
the mind.
