ZANESVILLE, OHIO: The challenges facing today’s kids are increasingly tough:

On Saturday, March 14 The Coburn United Methodist Church will join churches
throughout North America in a revolutionary movement to help parents,
grandparents and educators beat the odds in raising a new generation of
spiritually-grounded kids — LIVE via satellite on Church Communication Network (CCN).
The Revolutionary Parenting daylong conference sends parents an important
message: There are no quick fixes, but there is hope! Based on recent
ground-breaking findings from The Barna Group, this simulcast training offers an
eye-opening and practical look into the kind of parenting that today’s kids need
most.
Renowned parenting experts, George Barna, John Townsend, Jim Burns, and Steve
and Valerie Bell will discuss Keys to Raising Successful Kids, Building Morals
and Values with Your Kids, Building a Strong Family Identity and more!

boundaries, provide leadership, foster faith and more. Dr. John Townsend, author
of the million-seller Boundaries, will explore the dynamics of responsibility
and creativity in fostering success. Dr. Jim Burns, President and Founder of
HomeWord ministry and nationally-syndicated radio show, will discuss the impact
that self-esteem and family play in sexuality, drug and alcohol use. Authors and
speakers, Steve and Valerie Bell will teach parents to strengthen family bonds
through shared values and identity.

The family of Coburn United Methodist Church of Zanesville invites all to come
and discover faith in Jesus Christ! Each weekend worship celebrations are held
on Saturday evening at 5:30 PM and Sunday morning at 8:00 and 10:00 A.M. Sunday
School for children through adults takes place at 9:00 AM. The church is
